IMPLEMENTASI UNDANG-UNDANG CIPTA KERJA DALAM PERIZINAN USAHA BAGI UMKM

Abstract

One of the reason of the enactment of the Job Creation Law is to provide protection and convenience for MSMEs in terms of accelerating license registration for MSMEs. The Job Creation Act is intended to organize regulations for legal protection for MSME by cutting or changing the existing bureaucracy. This article discusses about the legal protection for MSMEs after the establishment of the Job Creation Law and how the implement the Online Single Submission (OSS) for MSMEs based on Government Regulation (GR) no. 5 of 2021 concerning Implementation of Risk-Based Business Licensing. To answer this question, this research using normative legal research methods. For this method is use primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. The results show that since the enactment of the Job Creation Act through its derivative regulation GR no. 5 of 2021, registration of business licenses greatly facilitates MSMEs in terms of time and cost and MSMEs just fill their names, ID and data are requested by the OSS institution. If the inputted data has been fulfilled, then on the same day OSS send their license and MSME can be more quickyly to do their business.
