The optimization of public services in government institutions requires adequate human resource support. Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Provinsi Sumatera Utara, the recruitment of Non-ASN employees has been implemented to support operational activities, with their number exceeding that of ASN, indicating a dominant role in task execution. However, the contractual employment system applied to Non-ASN personnel poses potential challenges regarding job satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the influence of job involvement, organizational culture, and work motivation on the job satisfaction of Non-ASN employees at the Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Provinsi Sumatera Utara. The research employed an associative study with a quantitative approach. The population comprised all Non-ASN employees at the institution, with a sample of 73 respondents selected through a saturated sampling technique. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and descriptive statistical analysis. Partially, job involvement, organizational culture, and work motivation each had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job involvement emerged as the most dominant factor influencing the job satisfaction of Non-ASN employees.
