Abstract

The development of the construction industry experiences rapid changes every year, especially in Indonesia. Infrastructure projects often have to be completed within a predetermined time frame and allocated budget. The purpose of this study is to identify the constraints that arise when a project performance of development project work. Gain an understanding of the final project cost and the time required to complete the construction project. This generated cost and the time required to complete the construction project. This generated value method includes budget and cost planning. The process of analyzing unit prices and project progress reports to obtain BCWS (Budget Cost of Work Performance), ACWP (Actual Cost of Work Performance) and BCWP (Budget Cost of Work Performance). From the results of applying the rate of return method the result of the review up to week 36 are BCWS IDR 10,301,236,339; BCWP IDR 4,510,107,544; ACWP IDR 4,553,162,638 (SV) is negative (-) and the planned budget is IDR 13,266,582,963. From the results it can be seen that the project completion time is relatively late and cost efficiency is high.
