Abstract

Car robot is a robotic construction that characteristically has an actuator in the form of wheels to move the entire body of the robot, so that the robot can move positions from one point to another. The arduino uno-controlled car robot performs distance calculations using the HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor on the front of the car robot, so that the car robot is able to avoid unknown obstructions. Ultrasonic sensor design testing on car robots is placed under a condition with a barrier position in front. From the testing and analysis of data conducted on the car robot, the car robot can know the limit of the level of accuracy of the distance detected.
