This study used qualitative methods. The study involved 14 students of study program of economic education who was attended in the student exchange of merdeka-II. Data analysis techniques using the miles model started from condensing data, presenting data, and making conclutions. To test the quality and validity of data was conducted by triangulation through in-depth interview with lecturers and literature study. This study aims to determine the effect of Self Efficacy Ability through Teaching Experience on Increasing Student Learning Interest in SMP Negeri 14 Medan. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 14 Medan, with a population of 30 teachers teaching in class, the sampling technique in this study used the saturated sample method. The data collection techniques used are observation, documentation and questionnaires. The analysis requirements used are normality tests, homogeneity tests, linearity tests and mulylyolinearity tests, the data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, t test (partial hypothesis testing), F test (simultaneous hypothesis testing) and coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that Self Efficacy (X1) had a partial influence on Learning Interest (Y) with a calculated value of &gt; table (3,120 &gt; 1,701). While the Teaching Experience variable (X2) has a partial influence on student learning interest (Y) with a calculated value of &gt; table (3,040 &gt; 1,701). The results of the test indirectly using the Sobel Test Calculator with a significance of 0.05 then the calculation gets a value = 1.953 &gt; 0.05 so from there there is no indirect contribution between self-efficacy (X1) through Teaching Experience (X2) to Increase Student Learning Interest (Y). Using the F test at a significance level of 0.05, the test results simultaneously show that there is an influence between self-efficacy (X1) and teaching experience (X2) together on student learning interest (Y). Credit Union is a financial institution in the savings and loans sector or usually known as a savings and loans cooperative, in its business activities namely collecting funds from cooperative members by creating credit sources from and for members with relatively low interest. This research used qualitative methods with the key informants are 11 Credit Union administrators and supporting informants that were 8 Credit Union members and 2 local government people. Data collection techniques in this research were observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique in this research was carried out using the Miles and Huberman model with data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and triangulation. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen dengan populasi yaitu seluruh siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Lawe Sigala-gala. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunkan yaitu random sampling. Yaitu kelas VII-1 dan VII-3 masing-masing sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang digunkan adalah tes hasil belajar bentuk pilihan ganda sebanyak 20 butir soal. Sebelum diberikan perlakukan terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji prasyarat untuk mengetahui apakah sampel berasal dari populasi yang berdistribusi normal dan homogen. Selanjutnya pretest masing-masing 34,038 dan 36,481 dengan standar deviasi 12,167 dan 12,846. Setelah perlakuan selanjutnya diberikan posstest di peroleh rata-rata masing-masing 76,154 dan 53,889 dengan standar deviasi 12,674 dan 11,463. Untuk melihat perbedaan kedua kelas dilakukan uji t satu pihak dengan a=0,05 di peroleh bahwa thitung &gt; ttabel yang mengindikasi bahwa ada perbedaan hasil belajar pada kedua kelas. This study aims to examine the influence of self-control and financial literacy on the consumptive behavior of economics education students with registration numbers 2019 and 2020 at HKBP Nommensen University, Medan. The study involved a population of 63 economics education students with registration numbers 2019 and 2020. The sampling technique employed in this research was total sampling. Data collection methods included observation, documentation, and questionnaires. Classical assumption tests conducted consisted of normality testing, linearity testing, and multicollinearity testing. Data analysis techniques applied encompassed simple regression analysis, t-test (partial hypothesis testing), F-test (simultaneous hypothesis testing), and determination coefficient (R<sup>2</sup>). The research findings indicate that self-control (X<sub>1</sub>) has a partial influence on consumptive behavior (Y), conversely, the financial literacy variable (X2) does not have an influence on consumptive behavior (Y). This study aims to determine the influence of e-commerce understanding on entrepreneurial interest among students in the Economic Education Study Program at HKBP Nommensen University Medan in 2023. The research was conducted at the Faculty of Education and Educational Sciences at HKBP Nommensen University Medan. This type of research is quantitative descriptive, and the population in this study consists of students in the Economic Education Study Program from the 2019 and 2020 cohorts, with a sample size of 56 students selected using the total sampling method. Data collection techniques used were observation, documentation, and questionnaires. Prerequisite tests used were tests for data normality and data homogeneity. The research analysis technique used was a simple linear regression analysis, the significance test of the regression (F-test), significance test of regression coefficients (t-test), and determination coefficient (R-squared) test. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence of e-commerce understanding on entrepreneurial interest with a significance level of 0.007 &lt; 0.05 and t-value &gt; t-table or 2.787 &gt; 1.674, which means that Ha (alternative hypothesis) is accepted and Ho (null hypothesis) is rejected.
