<p>This research aims to determine the influence of product quality on tofu purchasing decisions at UD. Pure Tofu. The product quality in question includes several dimensions, namely durability, taste, cleanliness and packaging. Purchasing decisions are consumers' choices to buy products after considering various factors. The method used in this research is quantitative with a survey approach. The research sample consisted of 40 consumers who bought tofu at UD. Pure Tofu, which was selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using simple linear regression. The research results show that product quality significantly influences the decision to purchase tofu at UD. Pure Tofu. Durability and taste variables have the strongest influence on purchasing decisions. Based on these results, it is recommended that UD. Tahu Murni focuses more on improving product quality, especially in the aspects of taste and durability, to increase customer satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases.</p> <p> </p>Maria Magdalena Bate'eJenius TelaumbanuaAferiaman TelaumbanuaYuterlin Zalukhu

<p style="font-weight: 400;"><em>The capital market is an important financial instrument that functions to raise long-term funds through the sale of securities. Its success depends on effective regulations to protect all market participants, especially minority shareholders. In Indonesia, existing regulations are still considered weak in providing legal protection for minority shareholders affected by forced delisting, as seen in the case of PT Davomas Abadi Tbk in 2015. This case illustrates that corporate violations and failure to fulfill information disclosure obligations can cause losses for minority shareholders. Therefore, regulatory evaluation and strengthening are necessary to create a transparent and secure investment climate. As a comparison, the United States implements a transparent delisting mechanism and provides trading alternatives through the Over The Counter (OTC) market, which many developing countries, including Indonesia, do not yet have. By studying practices in the U.S., Indonesia can enhance legal protection for minority shareholders and create a healthier and more investor-friendly capital market.</em></p>Muhamad Alfian Dwiki Darmawan

<p style="font-weight: 400;">Lampung Province, with its natural beauty and cultural richness, has great potential for developing tourism and creative businesses. However, global trends such as increased tourist visits, diversification of tourism products, the role of digital tourism ambassadors, local economic growth, and environmental awareness have brought significant changes to this industry. This study aims to analyze the impact of global trends such as increased tourist visits, diversification of tourism products, the role of digital tourism ambassadors, local economic growth, and environmental awareness on tourism and creative industries in Lampung Province. A literature review method was used to collect data from various relevant sources, such as scientific articles, research reports, and statistical data. The results of the study indicate that global trends have a significant impact on tourism and creative industries in Lampung Province. The increase in tourist visits has driven the diversification of tourism products, such as nature tourism, cultural tourism, and culinary tourism. The role of digital tourism ambassadors is crucial in promoting Lampung on social media platforms and attracting new tourists.</p>Selfia Alke Mega
