This research aims to determine the influence of product quality on tofu purchasing decisions at UD. Pure Tofu. The product quality in question includes several dimensions, namely durability, taste, cleanliness and packaging. Purchasing decisions are consumers' choices to buy products after considering various factors. The method used in this research is quantitative with a survey approach. The research sample consisted of 40 consumers who bought tofu at UD. Pure Tofu, which was selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using simple linear regression. The research results show that product quality significantly influences the decision to purchase tofu at UD. Pure Tofu. Durability and taste variables have the strongest influence on purchasing decisions. Based on these results, it is recommended that UD. Tahu Murni focuses more on improving product quality, especially in the aspects of taste and durability, to increase customer satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases.

The capital market is an important financial instrument that functions to raise long-term funds through the sale of securities. Its success depends on effective regulations to protect all market participants, especially minority shareholders. In Indonesia, existing regulations are still considered weak in providing legal protection for minority shareholders affected by forced delisting, as seen in the case of PT Davomas Abadi Tbk in 2015. This case illustrates that corporate violations and failure to fulfill information disclosure obligations can cause losses for minority shareholders. Therefore, regulatory evaluation and strengthening are necessary to create a transparent and secure investment climate. As a comparison, the United States implements a transparent delisting mechanism and provides trading alternatives through the Over The Counter (OTC) market, which many developing countries, including Indonesia, do not yet have. By studying practices in the U.S., Indonesia can enhance legal protection for minority shareholders and create a healthier and more investor-friendly capital market.

Lampung Province, with its natural beauty and cultural richness, has great potential for developing tourism and creative businesses. However, global trends such as increased tourist visits, diversification of tourism products, the role of digital tourism ambassadors, local economic growth, and environmental awareness have brought significant changes to this industry. This study aims to analyze the impact of global trends such as increased tourist visits, diversification of tourism products, the role of digital tourism ambassadors, local economic growth, and environmental awareness on tourism and creative industries in Lampung Province. A literature review method was used to collect data from various relevant sources, such as scientific articles, research reports, and statistical data. The results of the study indicate that global trends have a significant impact on tourism and creative industries in Lampung Province. The increase in tourist visits has driven the diversification of tourism products, such as nature tourism, cultural tourism, and culinary tourism. The role of digital tourism ambassadors is crucial in promoting Lampung on social media platforms and attracting new tourists.

The integration of Arabic in Islamic law is very important because Arabic is the original language of the Koran and Hadith, the two main sources of Islamic law. A deep understanding of Islamic law, or fiqh, requires a good knowledge of Arabic because the legal terms used in these texts often have nuances that can only be understood in the context of the original language. In Islamic law, the use of Arabic greatly influences the interpretation of religious texts. For example, small differences in word usage or grammatical structure can result in significant legal differences. Therefore, ulama and fuqaha (legal experts) often emphasize the importance of mastering Arabic to be able to understand, interpret and apply Islamic law correctly. Apart from that, Arabic is also used in worship rituals, such as prayers, prayer and reading the Koran, which is an integral part of the daily life of Muslims. Thus, the integration of Arabic in Islamic law is not only in the aspect of legal texts, but also includes daily religious practices.

This study aims to analyze classical guitar techniques in the piece Romance de Amor as performed by three alumni guitarists. The piece is known by various titles, including Romance Anónimo, Spanish Romance, and Estudio en Mi de Rubira, and has become a significant repertoire in the classical guitar world. The research method employed is descriptive qualitative, using a case study approach based on the recordings of the three alumni guitarists. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and technical analysis of right- and left-hand techniques, as well as the musical interpretations presented. The analysis focuses on elements such as triplet-based arpeggio patterns, the use of apoyando and tirando techniques, and dynamics in expressing the transition from E minor to E major. The findings show that although all three guitarists applied similar fundamental techniques, differences in musical interpretation reflect the uniqueness of each guitarist's style. These differences include variations in tempo, articulation, and melodic emphasis, demonstrating how basic techniques can be shaped into distinct interpretations. This study provides insight into the importance of mastering fundamental techniques in creating expressive and personal musical interpretations.

In this research, we will thoroughly discuss the impact of information technology on public administration theory and practice, as well as its positive and negative implications in the government context. This research uses the literature study method as its main approach. Even though advances in information technology have brought a number of positive changes to public administration in Indonesia, there are still several obstacles that need to be overcome so that the benefits can be felt to the maximum. The concept of e-government refers to the use of information and communication technology by the government, which can improve interaction between government, society and other sectors. The impact of information technology on public administration theory and practice has significant implications, including increased efficiency, transparency, and accessibility of services. Information technology enables the automation of administrative processes, increases transparency by providing public access to government information, accelerates public services, supports data-based decision making, increases public participation, and facilitates collaboration between government agencies. However, the implementation of information technology faces a number of challenges, including limited resources, unequal access, regulatory uncertainty, and resistance to change. To maximize the benefits, ongoing investment and efforts are needed to overcome these challenges.

Pengaruh Promosi dan Iklan di Media Sosial Terhadap Volume Penjualan Pada UD. TANDA SETIA

This research is a quantitative study with an associative nature. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of promotions and advertisements on social media on sales volume at UD. Tanda Setia located in Gunungsitoli City. This research uses primary data collected through questionnaires and interviews. In this study, the researcher employs quantitative analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and the coefficient of determination analysis with the help of SPSS 30. The population in this study consists of all employees and customers of UD. Tanda Setia who have ever made a purchase at UD. Tanda Setia. The results of the research, based on the t-test and F-test, show that both promotions and advertisements have a positive and significant impact on sales volume. In the coefficient of determination test, the results indicate that 92.7% of the variance in sales volume can be explained by promotions and advertisements, while the remaining 7.3% can be explained by other variables not included in this study.

Lack of professional skills in optimal use of E-commerce is a challenge for small and medium enterprises Garifi Kamumu Lisna in increasing product sales volume widely. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with qualitative types, data obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman data analysis model approach. The results of the study indicate that Garifi Kamumu Lisna has utilized some social media platforms such as Facebook and WhatsApp to reach a wider market. This strategy is supported by the presentation of product photos that are considered quite attractive, informative descriptions, and quite active interactions with customers through direct messages and comment replies. However, the implementation of this strategy faces obstacles in the form of limited skills in digital marketing by employees, inadequate access to technology, and unstable internet networks. To overcome these challenges, Garifi Kamumu Lisna focuses on developing employee digital skills and adapting to local technological conditions. Overall, the marketing strategy implemented includes important elements such as utilizing social media, strengthening brand image, using quality visual content, and providing discounts and live streaming to increase consumer loyalty. This research contributes to the development of digital marketing practices among small and medium enterprises, especially in maximizing the potential of E-commerce despite resource limitations.
