Analisis Penerapan E-Government Terhadap Efisiensi Pekerjaan Dalam Perusahaan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of e-government and its influence on employee work efficiency within a company. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving employees and company management. Data analysis was conducted using an interactive model consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the implementation of e-government has supported company work processes through the simplification of workflows, acceleration of administrative procedures, and improvement of information accuracy. Employee work efficiency has increased, particularly in terms of time savings and improved work productivity. However, the implementation of e-government has not yet been fully optimal due to constraints related to human resource competencies, resistance to change, and the uneven utilization of the system. This study confirms that the implementation of e-government has a positive effect on employee work efficiency, provided that it is supported by management commitment, continuous training, and effective system management.
