The research method employed is a qualitative method with a case study approach. The informants selected include the heads of Local Government Agencies, one of the technical officials handling follow-up actions on examination findings, and one official from the regional Inspectorate. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with various parties related to the analysis of the resolution of findings from the Supreme Audit Agency. SIASN as a forum for administering management services for the State Civil Apparatus has several functions, one of which is rank service. This study aims to find out and analyze the implementation of the State Civil Apparatus Information System (SIASN) application in the process of promotion of Civil Servants at the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of Humbang Hasundutan Regency and what obstacles were found during the implementation of civil servant promotion activities The civil service at the Agency for Personnel and Human Resource Development in Humbang Hasundutan District uses the State Civil Apparatus Information System. In this study, researchers used a qualitative approach using qualitative descriptive methods and triangulation techniques in data collection. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative and this research uses deductive thinking, using primary and secondary data sources. The aim is to be able to describe and understand the Implementation of Management of Rodana Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). The data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation, interviews were conducted with BUMDes administrators, Village Officials and Village Communities and documentation was used as a complement to obtain data as information material in the form of data related to Rodana BUMDes Management. The results of the research show that BUMDes Rodana needs to be developed as a means or business unit to increase the economy of the village community. In its management implementation, it is said to be not good because it is supported by human resources who are not competent in their field. This can be seen from various existing management elements, where their performance is still not optimal and not in accordance with what the local community expects. This research aims to describe and analyze the performance of Sifaoroasi village government officials, Huruna District, South Nias Regency. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. In this case, all elements of this research are directed at providing information on questions through interviews. Based on the results of the research, the performance of the Sifaoroasi village government apparatus, Huruna District, South Nias Regency, which was studied from several indicators such as service quality and responsiveness, the performance of the village government apparatus has been running well, but the level of productivity, responsibility and accountability of performance is still not optimal or low, and is supported by The results of interviews with research informants greatly influence their level of performance. The inhibiting factors include the lack of human resources, inadequate facilities and infrastructure and lack of discipline among village government officials. The method used in this research is a descriptive research method, so that in this research there are no known samples, but informants. From the research results, it was found that the Development Planning Process in Doloksanggul District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency has not been implemented optimally and the results of community proposals which are development priorities in Doloksanggul District have not yet been fully handled into priority programs/activities accommodated in the APBD.
