XI/2013 Terhadap Pemilihan Serentak di Indonesia putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi ketentuan pasal-pasal tersebut dinyatakan bertentangan
dengan UUD NRI 1945 dan tidak mempunyai kekuatan hukum mengikat.
