This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and internal communication on employee performance at Credit Union (CU) Bahen Ma Nadenggan Lintongnihuta. The research was conducted on 15 permanent employees using a survey method with questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. Classical assumption tests showed that the data were normally distributed, free from multicollinearity, and not affected by heteroscedasticity, making them feasible for multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicated that all questionnaire items were valid and reliable, with normally distributed data (Asymp. Sig. 0.200 > 0.05), no multicollinearity issues (Tolerance > 0.10; VIF < 10), and no heteroscedasticity. The multiple linear regression analysis produced the equation Y = 10.870 + 0.329X1 + 0.194X2 + e. The partial t-tests showed that leadership style had a significant effect on performance (t = 4.274 >2.201; Sig. 0.001 < 0.05) and internal communication also had asignificant effect (t = 2.491 > 2.201; Sig. 0.027 < 0.05). The simultaneous F-test indicated a significant joint effect (F = 8.744; Sig. 0.005 < 0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.593, meaning that 59.3% of the variation in employee performance was explained by leadership style and internal communication, while the remaining 40.7% was influenced by other factors outside this study.
