This study was conducted to identify and analyze the effect of professionalism, competence, and work ethics on employee performance. The research used a quantitative approach. The sampling technique applied was a saturated sample, in which all members of the population were used as research subjects, resulting in 94 respondents. The results of the study show that professionalism (X1) has a positive effect. This means that every increase of 0.162 units in the professionalism variable will improve employee performance. The multiple regression analysis shows that the competence variable (X2) has a coefficient value of 1.159. It indicates that every one-unit increase in competence will increase employee performance, and the coefficient is positive. The coefficient value for the work ethics variable (X3) is 0.049, which means that every one-unit increase in work ethics will increase employee performance (Y) by 0.049. Based on the t-test results, professionalism (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a value of 2.181 and a significance level of 0.032 < 0.05. The competence variable (X2) also has a positive and significant effect on performance, with a value of 30.0621 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, work ethics (X3) has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, with a value of 0.796 and a significance level of 0.428 > 0.05. The simultaneous F-test shows a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that professionalism, competence, and work ethics together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The data analysis result shows an R value of 0739, meaning that professionalism, competence, and work ethics influence employee performance by 73.9%, while the remaining 26.1% is influenced by other factors such as the work environment, leadership, and work motivation. Since professionalism, competence, and work ethics are important in improving employee performance, it is recommended that the office pay more attention to these aspects in order to support smoother work activities.
