Abstract

Research conducted by the author generally aims todescribe how to manage Village Funds during the Pandemic Covid-19 in Jamburnauli Village, Kec. Tarutung District. North Tapanuli with using descriptive qualitative method, with village head informants, along with government officials from Jamburnauli Village and the village community. This research focuses on managing Village Funds for Direct Assistance Cash starting from the planning, implementation, administration, reporting and accountability. Data collection used the writer is by interview, document, and observation.

The results of research conducted by the author show that in The management of Village Funds during the Covid-19 Pandemic has a difference with the existing Village Fund management in the previous year.  Change The management of the Village Fund at the planning stage was carried out previously for community development and empowerment must be diverted to direct cash assistance to the community.
