PENGARUH KONFLIK PERAN GANDA DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PERAWAT WANITA DENGAN DUKUNGAN SOSIAL SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI DI RSUD ROKAN HULU

This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of multiple role conflicts on the performance of married female nurses; (2) the effect of work stress on the performance of married female nurses; (3) the effect of social support in moderating dual-role conflicts on the performance of married female nurses; (4) the effect of social support in moderating work stress on the performance of married female nurses. The data collection method used in this study used questionnaires. The population in this study was 98 female nurses at the Rokan Hulu Regional General Hospital. This research is a quantitative research using purposive sampling techniques. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, prerequisite tests, moderated regression analysis.The results of this study show that (1) Multiple role conflict shows a negative and significant influence on the performance of female nurses. (2) Work stress has a significant effect on the performance of female nurses. (3) Social support is unable to moderate the influence of multiple role conflict on the performance of female nurses. (4) Social support is unable to moderate the influence of work stress on the performance of female nurses.
