Analisa Penerapan Manajemen Waktu Pekerjaan Struktur Pada Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Dermina Beach & Cottage Samosir

Abstract

The rapidly growing construction industry in Indonesia demands construction service companies to operate professionally, especially in terms of quality, cost and timeliness. Building construction projects often have tight deadliness, making effective time management essential for setting priorities and improving project management efficiency. This research aim yo identify time planning, measure the deviation between planned and actual construction time and analyze the factors affecting delays and the success of the Dermina Beach & Cottage project in Samosir. The study uses a qualilative approach with data collection through literature reviews and field studies. Descriptive analysis was conducted to desribe the project planning and measure the differences between planed and actual time. The research results show there is a deviation between the planned and actual time. The factors causing delays include late material delivery, design changes, labor issues, as well as technical and operational problems. However, project success is supported by thorugh planning, team experience and the use of efficient construction technology. The implementation of effective time management is crucial to ensure the success of construction projects.
