Abstract

Plate work is one part of constructions work that takes a long time in the manufacturing process. This makes the project manager must have one of the best methods used in working on the floor slab, to maximize time and cost efficiency. Thus, this study aims to compare the efficiency in terms of time and cost management of conventional floor slab method, the boundeck method and the full slab precast method. The method in this study was carried out by collecting data, namely project work drawings and AHSP Permen PU No. 28/PRT/M/2016. The analysis stage begins with finding the capacity of conventional, boundeck and precast full slab floor slabs. The last stage of this researdh is to find a comparison of the three methods which are more efficient in terms of cost and time for the conventional boundeck and precast full slab floor slabs. From the results of the study, it was found that based on AHSP calculations, the use of the full slab precast method is considered more efficient because it can save costs of Rp. 34,709,701 or 10.62% compared to the conventional method. While the use of the boundeck method can save processing time for 88 days or 62.86% compared to the conventional plate method. And in this study it can also be concluded that the optimum method is the boundeck plate method.
