OPTIMASI WAKTU DAN BIAYA PERCEPATAN PROYEK MENGGUNAKAN METODE TIME COST TRADE OFF DENGAN ALTERNATIF PENAMBAHAN TENAGA KERJA DAN JAM KERJA (LEMBUR) (Studi Kasus : Pembangunan Gedung Convention Hall Kab. Deli Serdang)

Abstract

In this study, we will analyze the duration and cost of project completion in the Convention Hall Kab. Deli Serdang, using the Time Cost Trade Off method with the alternative of adding labor and working hours (overtime). So the purpose of this research is to find out which project costs are more economical to speed up the project duration. It is known that cost for the structural work being 246 working days. From the results of the analysis in this study, it was found that alternative cost of adding labor was Rp. 6,334,110,212 with the duration of the construction work being 232 working days or 5,69% faster than the normal duration. Meanwhile, the alternative cost of additional working hours (overtime) is Rp. 6,342,970,800 with the duration of the structural working being 234 working days or 4.88% faster than the normal duration. From this research, it can be concluded that a more economical alternative to completing the project is adding labor because it is 2 days faster than addition of working hours (overtime) and in terms of productivity the addition of labor is more effectively used than the addition of working hours (overtime)
