Abstract

The development of toll road infrastructure is currently being actively implemented to support the country’s growth. In this implementation, an adequated material managerial system is needed so that the quality of the material can be maintained. The purpose of this study was to obtain a material managerial system, quality control and risk implementation methods for the project under review. This study resulted in a conclusion in the form of a slump test value for the bored pile material of 19.5 cm and bautment material of 10 cm. In addition, the average compressive stregth for the bored pile concrete sample is 33.07 MPa and the average compressive strength for the abutment concrete sample is 31.90 MPa. There is also a risk of work in the form of soil wall slider which can increase the volume of concrete needed.
